ZAM co-files two shareholder proposals with Exxon and five with Chevron

ZAM co-files two shareholder resolutions on behalf of clients at Exxon, asking for increased disclosure surrounding its hydraulic fracturing and oil sands activities, respectively. ZAM also co-files five shareholder resolutions with Chevron, around the topics of the separation of chairman and CEO, environmental board expertise, special shareholder meetings, country selection guidelines, and hydraulic fracturing. The shareholder dialogue with Chevron on it's country selection guidelines is discussed in this article.
